The management and design team at Diamond Event Center and Catering attended the Catersource 2010 Conference and Tradeshow in Las Vegas from March 7 - 11, 2010. These five days were packed with classes covering all aspects of the catering business and a tradeshow with every imaginable product for the catering business! We have brought back lots of new ideas that we look forward to using at the Diamond Event Center.
